Operations Manager

Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin

Your mission

You will work closely with our head of operations solving operational problems as well as setting the strategic path for our company
You will be supporting our daily operations to ensure a smooth fulfillment process of our PV-projects
You will also support and train our installer teams. This will include not just technical knowledge but also setting up the right (performance) culture early on
You will manage both internal and external stakeholders to optimize both the efficiency and satisfaction of our field teams
Your strategic focus will be to improve our current processes and thus paving the way to scale our company
You will work closely with our Meisters who support you with the needed technical knowledge

Your profile

You have 3+ years of experience in the solar industry
You have 1+ year of experience in leading trade/technician teams
You have a good understanding of PV-systems
You speak C2 (near-native) level German
You speak C1+ level English
You have a driver’s license
