Be the right hand to our Chief of Staff: Support their day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives while collaborating closely with our founders on critical decisions.
Be part of a transformative project: Contribute to the launch of a new business unit and support the entire process from strategy to execution.
Shape the future of Commercial Projects: Define processes, tools, and best practices to set a new standard for handling large-scale initiatives.
Act as a bridge: Connect Business Development, Operations, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of key priorities.

⭐️ Deine Aufgaben

Werde Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und arbeite während eines 6-monatigen Praktikums eng mit dem Chief of Staff und den Gründern an wegweisenden Projekten in den Bereichen Strategie, Operations, Business Development sowie der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle zusammen!

Sei die rechte Hand unseres Chief of Staff: Unterstütze bei täglichen Aufgaben und strategischen Initiativen und arbeite eng mit den Gründern an wichtigen Entscheidungen.
Sei Teil eines transformativen Projekts: Baue mit an der Einführung einer neuen Geschäftseinheit und unterstütze den gesamten Prozess von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung.
Gestalte die Zukunft von kommerziellen Projekten: Entwickle Prozesse, Tools und Best Practices, um einen neuen Standard für die Abwicklung groß angelegter Initiativen zu setzen.
Agiere als Schnittstelle: Verbinde die Teams aus Business Development, Operations und Strategie, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung zentraler Prioritäten sicherzustellen.

✨ Dein Profil

Du glänzt im Stakeholder-Management und weißt, wie du komplexe Dynamiken meisterst.
Du bist selbstständig, zielstrebig und blühst auf, wenn du Verantwortung für Projekte übernimmst.
C2-Niveau in Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich) ist eine Voraussetzung für diese Position.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau).
Idealerweise befindest du dich in deinem Masterstudium oder am Ende deines Bachelorstudiums.
