                        As a Founders Associate (m/f/d) at 
Smalt, you’ll work directly with our leadership team to scale our network of Meister-led craft partners (electrical, PV, SHK, roofing, etc.). You’ll onboard new partners, improve their commercial and administrative processes, and design the automations that power their growth.
This hybrid role blends 
operations, strategy, and enablement - 
perfect for ambitious early-career professionals who want to learn how to build and scale a high-growth tech company from the inside. You’ll act as a sparring partner to our founders, shape Smalt’s operating playbook, and directly contribute to our mission of enabling thousands of new craft entrepreneurs across Europe.
As Founder's Associate, you will:
- Onboard and coach new Meister partners through their first months with Smalt
 - Operate and improve key business processes (offers, invoicing, documentation, workforce planning, etc.)
 - Analyze partner performance and design interventions that improve conversion, efficiency, and facilitate growth
 - Build and automate scalable workflows using tools like Attio, Make, and Smalt’s AI stack
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to improve the partner experience
 - Translate field insights into product requirements and data models that inform Smalt’s AI
